Many plans are afoot!
As the membership grows so does the future of the site. A focus to complete the burh allows everyone involved to experience and contribute to the project.
Cottages, forge, barns, crafting buildings, lord's home and even a reconstruction of a medieval church with adjoining tower. The site is meant to represent how you would have lived and survived in Kent in the 10-11th century.
This project is managed and built by the membership of Regia Anglorum. As well as spending our time in authentic clothes and working in authentic methods we also hold Wychurst weekends in which our members and outside partners get involved building and developing the site, making it what it is today and what it will be tomorrow. If you would like to be involved in this project, learn new skills and make new friends please contact us.
